MENS SHED
Roundwood Men’s Shed: The Shed continues to meet every Tuesday in Knockraheenat Pat Carr’s place (A98 AH02) from 10 to 12 a.m. approximately. We care and listen and share over a cuppa or two. Occasionally we break into song and we have a few fine musicians and singers in our ranks. The experts tell us that music is good for the soul and the mental health of all.
We do some gentle exercises and recently we have been planting trees along the Vartry Trail.
We are planning to pay a visit to Leinster House on Thursday 25 April for a conducted tour and we also plan to visit the National Ploughing Championships where we have been promised VIP treatment. Wicklow County Council Mobile Library will be in Roundwood Village on Thursday14th March 2024 from 10am until 11.15am and also from 2.10pm until 4.30pm. Come along and join the library. It’s a free service and is a fantastic way to pick up any book that suits your reading interests.
