Calling all community groups – Are you confused about how best to set up a Facebook Page for your group? What email address should you use? Should it be an open page or a closed group? What information do people see, and are there privacy issues? How do you manage comments that might be inappropriate to your group?  What happens when you share information across different pages, does it compromise who sees and can comment on your information?  

County Wicklow Partnership and Kildare & Wicklow Education & Training Board (VEC) Community Education are considering running a course to help groups SAFELY MANAGE a Facebook Page.  This practical course will run for 6 weeks from 7pm-9.30pm in Wicklow Town.  The course will be free of charge and places will be limited to one person per community group.
